1. What products do you offer?

Grow Your Edges Back offers premium hair growth and edge care products, including our Strong Hold Edge Control & Loc Gel, Edge & Hair Growth Oil, Botanical Blend Leave-In Conditioner, Braiding Gel, Mango Coconut Shampoo, and Conditioner. Each product is designed to work as part of a complete GYEB system for maximum results.

2. How do I choose the right product?

Check our Product Comparison Chart to find the best hair growth and edge care products for your needs. For fastest results, we recommend starting with the Dynamic Duo (Edge Control & Growth Oil) or the Full Edge Comeback Bundle.

3. How often should I use the Growth Oil?

For best results, apply Growth Oil daily — every morning to your scalp and hairline, massaging for 60 seconds. Consistency is what drives results.

4. How do I use the Strong Hold Edge Control correctly?

Our Edge Control is formulated to work as part of the complete GYEB system. For best results and to avoid white cast or buildup, follow these steps:

✅ Step 1: Wash with GYEB Botanical Blend Shampoo only
✅ Step 2: Condition with GYEB Botanical Blend Conditioner
✅ Step 3: Apply GYEB Leave-In Conditioner while hair is still damp
✅ Step 4: Once hair is fully dry, apply a small amount of Edge Control to your edges only — a little goes a very long way
✅ Step 5: Smooth and style with the Edge Brush
❌ Do NOT mix with products from other brands — this can cause white cast, buildup, and will void the guarantee

5. Why am I getting a white cast?

White cast is almost always caused by mixing our Edge Control with products from other brands — including shampoos, conditioners, leave-ins, or other styling products. Our formula is specifically designed to work within the GYEB system. When layered over residue from outside products, it can cause white cast and buildup. For best results, use only GYEB products from wash to style.

6. Does using non-GYEB products affect my guarantee?

Yes. Our 90-Day Edge Confidence Guarantee applies when products are used as directed as part of the complete GYEB system. Mixing shampoos, conditioners, leave-ins, or styling products from other brands can alter how our formulas perform and voids the guarantee. We are a complete hair care system — for best results, use GYEB from wash day to style.

Use the GYEB routine consistently every day for 90 days. To be eligible for a refund under this guarantee, you must:

📸 Take a clear before photo on Day 1 — hairline visible, good lighting, no styling products applied yet

📸 Take a clear after photo on or after Day 90 — same angle, same lighting, hairline visible

📧 Email both photos to hello@growyouredgesback.com with your order number and subject line: 90-DAY GUARANTEE — ORDER ####

If your edges show no visible improvement after 90 days of consistent daily use using only GYEB products — we refund you in full. No restocking fee. No runaround. Period.

Progress photos are required to process a guarantee claim. This protects you and us — it proves you used the routine and gives us the documentation we need to process your refund quickly. Claims submitted without before and after photos cannot be processed.

8. Does Grow Your Edges Back contain hemp seed oil?

Yes. Many of our products are enriched with hemp seed oil — packed with essential fatty acids and vitamins that support stronger, healthier hair and a nourished scalp. It contains no psychoactive components. It is 100% safe and purely for hair benefits.

9. Is your product only for edges?

No. Our products promote overall hair health, growth, and repair across all hair types — natural, locs, braids, relaxed, and protective styles.

10. Do you offer a loyalty program?

11. Can I use multiple products together?

Yes — and we require it for best results. Our products are formulated to work together as a complete system. Using them together maximizes growth, hold, and scalp health. Do not mix with products from other brands.

12. How can I track my order?

You will receive an email with a tracking link once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking scans to update. You can also email hello@growyouredgesback.com with your order number for a manual update.

13. I can't find my eBook. What should I do?

Check your order confirmation email — your eBook link is always included there. It may have landed in your Spam, Promotions, or Junk folder. If you still can't find it, email us at hello@growyouredgesback.com with the subject line: RESEND EBOOK – ORDER #### (replace #### with your order number). We'll resend it right away.

14. What if I received the wrong item?

Email hello@growyouredgesback.com with your order number and a clear photo of the item you received. We'll reship the correct item to you as quickly as possible.

15. My product arrived damaged or leaked. What do I do?

Email hello@growyouredgesback.com with your order number and a clear photo showing the damaged or leaked product. We will reship a replacement immediately.

16. What if I want a refund?

Refunds outside the 90-Day Guarantee are available for eligible items with a 20% restocking fee. Before requesting a refund, please note:

• A photo of the issue is required — a receipt alone is not sufficient
• If the product was used with non-GYEB products, the guarantee is void per our mixing policy
• If the request is simply because the product wasn't liked, that does not qualify — but we're happy to share tips, usage guidance, or suggest an exchange

Yes. Our products are formulated to be gentle and effective across all hair types and textures, including natural hair, locs, braids, and protective styles.

18. Is the Edge Control safe for braids and locs?

Yes. Our Edge Control is safe for protective styles including braids and locs. No flakes, no buildup, no white cast — as long as it is used as part of the GYEB system without mixing other brand products.
