1. What products do you offer?

Grow Your Edges Back offers premium hair growth and edge care products, including our Strong Hold Edge Control & Loc Gel, Edge & Hair Growth Oil, Botanical Blend Leave-In Conditioner, Braiding Gel, Mango Coconut Shampoo, and Conditioner. Each product is designed to work as part of a complete GYEB system for maximum results.

2. How do I choose the right hair growth product?

Check our Product Comparison Chart to find the best hair growth and edge care products for your needs. For fastest results, we recommend starting with the Dynamic Duo (Edge Control & Growth Oil) or the full Hair & Edge Growth System.

3. How often should I use the Growth Oil?

For best results, apply Growth Oil 2–3 times per week, massaging it gently into your scalp for 2–3 minutes.

4. How do I use the Strong Hold Edge Control & Loc Gel correctly?

Our Edge Control & Loc Gel is a gel-based formula designed to work as part of the complete GYEB system. For best results and to avoid white cast or buildup, follow these steps:

✅ Step 1: Wash your hair with GYEB Mango Coconut Shampoo only
✅ Step 2: Condition with GYEB Conditioner
✅ Step 3: Apply GYEB Botanical Blend Leave-In Conditioner while hair is still damp
✅ Step 4: Once hair is fully dry, apply a small amount of Edge Control & Loc Gel to your edges only — a little goes a very long way
✅ Step 5: Smooth and style with the Edge Brush
❌ Do NOT use products from other brands alongside our Edge Control & Loc Gel — this is a complete system and mixing outside products can cause white cast, buildup, and scalp irritation

5. Why am I getting a white cast?

White cast is almost always caused by mixing our Edge Control & Loc Gel with products from other brands — including shampoos, conditioners, leave-ins, or other styling products. Our gel formula is specifically designed to work within the GYEB system. When layered over residue from outside products, it can cause white cast and buildup. For best results, use only GYEB products from wash to style. Mixing products from other brands nullifies the guarantee per our FAQ policy.

6. Does using non-GYEB products affect my guarantee?

Yes. Our 60-day money-back guarantee applies when products are used as directed as part of the complete GYEB system. Mixing shampoos, conditioners, leave-ins, or styling products from other brands can alter how our formulas perform and nullifies the guarantee. We are a complete hair care system — for best results, use GYEB from wash day to style.

7. Does Grow Your Edges Back contain hemp seed oil?

Yes! Many of our products are enriched with hemp seed oil, a nutrient-rich ingredient packed with essential fatty acids and vitamins. Hemp seed oil is well known for supporting stronger, healthier hair and nourishing the scalp. It contains no psychoactive components — it's 100% safe and purely for hair benefits.

8. Is your product only for edges?

No, our products promote overall hair health, growth, and repair. If your hair needs extra care, we'll make it great; if it's already great, welcome to amazing!

9. Do you offer a loyalty program?

10. Can I use multiple products together?

Yes — we actually require it for best results! Our products are formulated to work together as a complete system. Using them together maximizes growth, hold, and scalp health. Do not mix with products from other brands.

11. How can I track my order?

You'll receive an email with a tracking link once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking scans to update. You can also email hello@growyouredgesback.com with your order number for a manual update.

12. I can't find my eBook. What should I do?

Don't worry 💛 First, check your order confirmation email — your eBook link is always included there. It may have landed in your Spam, Promotions, or Junk folder. If you still can't find it, email us at hello@growyouredgesback.com with the subject line: RESEND EBOOK – ORDER #### (replace #### with your order number). We'll resend it right away.

13. What if I received the wrong item?

We're so sorry! Please email hello@growyouredgesback.com with your order number and a clear photo of the item you received. We'll reship the correct item to you as quickly as possible.

14. My product arrived damaged or leaked. What do I do?

We sincerely apologize! Please email hello@growyouredgesback.com with your order number and a clear photo showing the damaged or leaked product. We will reship a replacement immediately.

15. What if I want a refund?

Refunds are available for eligible items with a 20% restocking fee. Before requesting a refund, please note:

• A photo of the issue is required — a receipt alone is not sufficient
• If the product was used with non-GYEB products (shampoos, conditioners, leave-ins, or other styling products from other brands), the guarantee is void per our mixing policy
• If the request is simply because the product wasn't liked, that does not qualify under our policy — but we're happy to share tips, usage guidance, or suggest an exchange

Yes, our products are formulated to be gentle and effective across all hair types and textures, including natural hair, locs, braids, and protective styles.

Yes! Our Edge Control & Loc Gel is safe for protective styles including braids and locs. No flakes, no buildup, no white cast — as long as it is used as part of the GYEB system without mixing other brand products.
