Refunds are available for eligible items with a 20% restocking fee. Before requesting a refund, please note:
- A photo of the issue is required — a receipt alone is not sufficient
- If the product was used with non-GYEB products (shampoos, conditioners, leave-ins, or other styling products from other brands), the guarantee is void per our mixing policy
- If the request is simply because the product wasn’t liked, that does not qualify under our policy — but we’re happy to share tips, usage guidance, or suggest an exchange
